TCH offers a turn-key temporary stay housing management- providing a complete reservation and management service throughout your stay.
Each individual or group reservation request will be responded to with availability based on your provided criteria. The booking must be confirmed with a deposit to reserve any property and requested time.

We offer online electronic options for your deposits and reoccurring lease payments unless other corporate payments are otherwise approved and authorized. A convenience fee will be applied for doing so and based on credit card choice.
Upon confirmation of your lease terms, your payment choice will be securely stored for the reoccurring monthly charge. If the charge is declined or unable to be processed, the tenant (or paying entity) will be assessed a late fee for nonpayment.
We strive to communicate with our tenants any issues that may arrive with their account, giving time to respond and correct. If a tenant response does not occur, we will assume a 'no-response' means approval for any next steps in processing, canceling, or charging to keep the account current.
You may not own the apartment, but that doesn't mean the property management should be able to enter your home anytime they please. In most instances, our team will give you notice prior to entering your apartment with details about what circumstances warrant them entering an apartment. Such entry will be in response to a service request, property issue, or security.
We require a tenant to give a notice of 30 days in advance of the agreed move-out date. If we do not confirm the early move-out or receive the required notice, your lease will automatically renew at a month-to-month status and could be subject to a non-contract lease to be charged to the form of payment on file. If a tenant's lease converts to month-to-month, they must provide a 30-day notice before their desired new move-out date.
Putting your own personal touch on your temporary quarters is welcome but can only be in the form of surface decor, not foundational such as paint, flooring, furniture, or hardware. If a property is furnished at move-in or added by management, items can not be relocated at any time and stay with the property at move-out. Our inventory management team will asses and charge applicable fees to your final invoice if missing damage, furniture, or items are missing.
When budgeting for your temporary stay, we make it simple. We include all fees related to your normal monthly billing such as utilities or pet fees. We activate and manage your property while you are a tenant so you don't need to worry about which utility to turn on and when. With our automated charging to your payment on file, your stay is managed by us so you can focus on enjoying the great amenities and community.
